Great cover, a little difficult on the install

Just got this cover from Amazon tonight. Manual says 30 min install, but I quickly realized that is if you do not have a plastic hard shell bed liner on your truck. In order to install the cover correctly with a plastic hard shell liner, you need to either notch out a small area in you bed liner on the rear rails or buy L brackets that are longer than the ones on the rear bracket and swap them out. The issue is the locking mechanism will not line up and therefore you cannot drive anywhere because the cover will not be secure. I ended up using a small angle grinder to cut the notch out of my bedliner. Took a total of 90 minutes, but I installed it completely by myself. Another thing that stood out to me in the advertising for the cover is the picture of the little girl holding a cover over her head. I figured it would be pretty light. The SE cover is not the case. The freight package it came in was rated at 100 pounds. It was difficult lifting the cover onto my truck by myself, so I suggest a helper. This cover seems to be of great quality though and I am very satisfied with it so far. Looks awesome on my navy blue F150 Lariat crew cab 4X4.

Only took half an hour to install, instructions were clear and concise, mounting hardware was high quality, cover itself is high quality. The cover went on with absolutely no fuss. I ordered this on a Monday and it showed up on Thursday, very quick shipping for such a bulky item. The seller is right on top of questions, i needed this quickly as i was about to go on a trip and was not disappointed. I have a 2012 raptor with spray in bed liner.

Great Cover

This cover installed easily, fits my truck well and works as expected. Overall a great sturdy product. After installing it, I walked on the top of it to check how sturdy it is, no problems whatsoever.Also, I installed it 100% by myself. There was no need to have help getting the cover on the vehicle and I suspect removing it and re-installing it will only require 1 person. Sure it will be easier with two, but it can be done by yourself.I saw one post questioning the little girl holding the cover by herself, I beleive it, no question. The cover is not that heavy, just get underneath it and keep it balanced. That is how I got it on my truck by myself.Additionally, the company, Undercover, was awesome after the shipper of this item damaged it. CEVA logistics, the company Amazon contracted to ship the item damaged the box which ripped the cover off of the lock. Because it was such a pain to coordinate the company coming back for a return and delivering a new one, I first tried calling undercover to see about a replacement part. They were extremely helpful when they did not have to be. It was a problem caused by the shipping company, not Amazon or Undercover. Either way, the guy at undercover got a new lock in the mail to me immediately for free. So, not only is it a good sturdy product, but they also have great customer service.
