These speakers are installed stock in my Laney Lionheart L20T-410. It's taken about 1 week of playing semi-loudly to get them to break in, but now that they are I can see why Laney chose these over all the other available brands. The cleans are crisp and sweet, mids cut through really nicely and have that 'woody' tone, and there's just enough low end to give the overall tone some balls.I read a few different bad reviews about these, and honestly, I don't know what the hell the people that give these a bad rap are playing through or what kind of tone they've 'dialed in'. These speakers are 10" monsters of great classic '70's, dirty guitar tone.BTW: I play standard 440E tuned Sabbath/clutch/Kyuss style 'stoner rock', and these speakers really work well for that classic '70's dirty tone. I couldn't be happier. :-)

At first I wasn't very happy with these (bought 4 of them for my 4x10 bassman)The tone was very bright but after a week or so they really smoothed out and loosened up.I thought about returning them but I'm really glad I didn't.Cleans: smooth, clear and very sweet.Distortion: colorful and crunchy.Overall I think they sound damn good. Comparing them to my original 60's P10Rs they sound a little more stiff - but not by much. Maybe after I play on these new ones for 50 years they'll sound like the originals?

Very nice sounding

Initially I was hesitant to consider the Jensen MOD series, and must confess it was a prejudice based on it's price alone. Which might possibly be the same reason you don't see many Youtube video demos of it either. However I was in a bind when my speaker blew out on my Teisco Checkmate 25 (it's an old 1x12 tube amp, very similar to a Vox AC 15) and I was low on cash and had an upcoming show. However, my apprehension was assuaged after we wired it up and turned the amp on. This speaker really does have a good sound, nice rounded bass, and very clean highs, with lots of treble in the sound (something I need in my own playing); it also seems like it's able to squeeze a little more volume out of my little tube amp, which is always welcome. I think if I had the money to purchase this speaker or something more expensive, I still would have bought this and saved $50. It really is that nice.

Refurb made it possible. Spectacular laptop.

I've been searching for a few months since my 7-year old, $2,000 HP Pavilion was about ready to give up the ghost. A laptop is also a "nice-to-have" rather than a primary computer. The drop in price of laptops has been stunning. You can now get a brand new Lenovo (formerly IBM) for $300. And HPs are flying for $5-600.But I wanted performance, a large screen, a full-sized keyboard, good battery life ... and so many folks kept saying "get a Mac." However, an Apple Macbook Pro is very pricey, and used ones (4-6 years old) go for $5-700. Plus, they're not as easy to work on if you're a writer like me. The PC keyboard is simply built for writing. (After all, it is a standard, old qwerty typewriter keyboard.)I compared lots of laptops, online and hands-on. Sony Vaios were looking better and better, but the new, top-end ones are $1100-1300. I somehow landed on this Amazon page with this refurb high-end Sony Vaio that's called a gaming / entertainment laptop. (Originally $1200.) I'm not a gamer, and not planning on watching movies on my laptop ... just a serious computer user and full-time writer. Guess what -- the better graphics and horsepower make a lot of difference.My old HP Pavilion is a 17" diagonal laptop. This Sony Vaio is a 16.4" diagonal. However, the screen format has changed to an HD look, so it's actually just as wide as my old 17", but not as tall. However, the extra screen size is not missed, and the more compact Sony is far better.These refurbs are available from Sony directly for $977. But there are several here on Amazon as of this writing for as low as $550. I bought one of those and recommend the seller (USA Laptop Parts) highly. Great communication and product just as described. This is last year's model, and there are lots of things I prefer about it over this year's high-end Sony Vaio, including the touch pad and keyboard.It's a beautiful PC that stands up very well against the Macbook Pro. It comes with 4MB of RAM and I ordered more to bring it up to the 8MB max.

Enfamil better than Similac

our baby was formula fed due to lack of breast milk production. Plus, there has been atlest 2 generations of children who were formula fed and are now gorwn up, proving that formula fed babies grow up same as those who are breat fed. PLs Don't hold me to that statement, If you can produce breast milk and have the time, patience and strength to breast feed, I would much rather that my baby gets the natural breast milk than formula.Our baby started with Similac, which was given to us at the hospital, within a week, she was having gas and tummy issues, the pediatrician advised us to get the Similac sensitive, it seemed to work for a week, but then the tummy issues were back, she was having trouble passing gas and having BM's. we tried gas medicines such as mylicon and gripe water, but those were helpful only for a few hours. Then our friend recomended Enfamil gentlease. although it was a little more epxpensive ( a few cents here and there), we tried it, and now our baby is almost 3 moths with no problems in terms of gas or tummy issues. Its a huge help, and I would completely recomend it. I would also say it will depend from baby to baby.We did have a few days ( 2-3 days) of trouble when we switched to the different formulas, but that is the transition period. It does not work overnight, but when it does, its a big relief.

Great Product

We were supplimenting with Enfamil and breastmilk for our son from birth due to low milk supply. When we finally switched to formula we used the newborn enfamil. Our little guy was very fussy and gassy, the pediatrician told us to try Gentlease. We tried it and fell in love! THe formula is great! Also, Enfamil will send you coupons if you call and ask and the best deals are on Amazon, or at least that I have found!

My preemie twins were breast milk babies, but there came a point when I could not keep up. We tried many different formulas, all of them giving them tummy issues. They are now fully formula feed, I still have some breast milk in the freezer but they prefer the formula. Difinetly helps with tummy problems, one of the twins had some gas problems on breast milk but after we switched him to gentlease he is a much happier baby.

Amazing!!

If you want comfortable sheets, these are what you want. These are my second set (first set was black and had the Canadian goose feathers). My wife didn't like the black do she wanted me to get these ivory color ones, the color is nice. Then a few months later she left an ink pen in while washing and well, you guessed it I will be ordering the third set soon, and thinking about the navy blue. If you have a comfortable mattress and just want something that feels good to sleep on, get these!FIY: If you do wash an ink pen with these (ivory), and then dry them, you won't get it out.

Thank you thank you thank you!! I have had this item on my wish list for awhile now, but the price was way out of my reach at other stores. I decided to see if a seller offered it on amazon and wow am I ecstatic! The price was HALF what the other stores are selling it for, and I read the description over and over because I could not believe it was the same product. I ordered it, still secretly expecting it to be a mistake. I just received it and put it on my bed and it is PERFECT!! I am pleased!

Very disappointed

I have been waiting almost a month for this item to ship I will not be ordering from this supplier again. You cannot cancel the order and since it is formula I was ordering for my granddaughter and she can't wait a month to get this I will order elsewhere. Also they never responded to my email addressing my concerns.

Good stuff, just pricey. It fluctuates week to week. I've seen it as high as $25.99 and as low as $19.99. when it's cheap, buy alot if you can. They last along time in storage
