Since there are very few reviews for this product. I'll try my best to describe it.I have a family member who is paraplegic who needs a walker to move from wheelchair to bed, bathroom, sofa, etc. So it had to be one without wheels since she completely puts her weight on it.The packaging it came in was not very good. I left my comment with the seller hopefully they will have this fixed for future clients. Good thing is the product arrived well.My initial inspection came out very good.Pros:+ Handles are a black plastic instead of the rubbery ones that tend to slide out of place.+ Sturdy. I put my weight on the handles and shook also leaned to the sides, the walker did not wobble.+ I bought this product because I wanted to try the lower handles since I think this will be helpful from getting up from a low position like a friend's bathroom or a low sofa. I still haven't had the chance to see it in this action, I'll try to remember and get back on this and complement the review.+ Great price at 42 dollars.Cons:- Weights around 6 lbs still lightweight but a bit heavier than the normal walkers I have seen.- I prefer the dual close triggers. You can manouver better with dual triggers in confined spaces for example when the handicap stall is occupied and have to go in one of the small stalls.- The user is 5'3" tall, she can use the walker but if it were an inch shorter it would have been an excellent fit.

Uprise Onyx folding walker

This walker was formerly known as the Rising Star Super Walker.I have lost most of the use of my legs and have trouble pushing up from a sitting position. A standard walker is impossible for me since both hands are out front and too high to help me get up. I do have good upper body strength so put my right hand on the right hand lower grip and push up the necessary inches so my left hand can also push up.I now have three of them plus an old one for parts.Without it I would be unable to get up at all. I could not live without it.

The right choice

I had recent ankle surgery with no weight bearing for 2 months. Without the riser part of this, I would have been stuck on many chairs. The low part lets you get your feet under you and the high part serves as a replacement for crutches.. Folds up easily and will bear weight up to 400 lbs. Height is adjustable. Serves the purpose well.
