Product as described...delivery arrived by slow boat from Vietnam

The product is exactly as expected.......you get what you paid for....I was not expecting Louis XVI furniture for that price.....however, what I did not expect from Amazon is to wait 4 weeks to get this item delivered to my house in Atlanta. The seller was available to answer all my emails which was a positive thing....but it took four full weeks to get this item delivered. there was no reasons given why except that that it was just taking forever!!!In summary: the bed is fine....the shopping experience is not....buy this bed from Amazon only if you are NOT in a hurry. PLAN AHEAD!!

This is a great bed. It looks as good in person as it does online. The only issue were the side rails. One was delivered broken, but we called the company and they were quick to replace it. Then, not 2 months later, we sat on the edge of the bed and it broke. My husband is pretty handy so he was able to reinforce it. The problem is the attachment of the rail to the side is only a screw so once he put a brace in it, it has held up for over 2 years. So with a little modification, it is a beautiful bed.
