Coast LED Lenser M7R HP8307 Rechargeable LED flashlight kit.

Tested several brands of LED lights (Olight, Inova, Streamlight, MAG-Light, Pelican, 5.11, etc.)The Coast Lenser M7R excelled overall and in every category we evaluated in performance, burn time, dependable, magnetic USB and wall plug charging functions, the programmable modes (with one exception), the perfect size, the weight, the reasonable price for a quality product and workmanship quality to date. Even every component in the kit is of quality, from the composite holster clip, the wrist strap, the entire charging unit, the mounting bracket for the charger, to the storage case.One drawback is that it is not fully 100% made/assembled in USA and Germany.This product from Amazon is the real Coast LED Lenser complete in a kit, not a gray market cheap copy.This flashlight also is a good fit in the ballistic nylon holster cases made for the Inova T4 LED flashlights. (Except the T4 holster is longer in length than the M7R.) Note: this is acceptable and is actually a plus because the M7R power switch is on the tail cap which some holsters being short in length might activate the power switch when the flashlight and/or holster case is bumped during foot pursuit or activity giving your location away when being in a stealth mode.We also found the M7R to be a cost savings upgrade as we didn't have to replacing our existing holster cases for our T4's when we upgraded.The 1st TAP to activate the Boost function on the power switch is ideal.There is an improvement that the M7R could incorporate is a "memory setting" for the mode of light you selected when pressing the switch all the way in the user can program, instead of cycling through the modes to reach the setting you desire again.Another improvement we like is more aggressive grip similar to the Inova T4.We are also happy the M7R uses the user-replaceable, moderate-cost, interchangeable, universal 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery.I highly recommend this product for professional law enforcement, tactical, SRT and military use.We received the product sooner than the projected ship received date (less than 1-week) and we like the free shipping to Hawaii.In addition, we like that there are no additional (surprises) handling or processing charges/cost, as some other places would charge making the overall cost of the advertised product much higher.Good job Coast-Lenser and to Amazon in offering this wonderful product.

I bought this flashlight from a local Law Enforcement store. Very good and bright flashlight(220 Lumens). I work law enforcement for the U.S. Air Force and this flashlight is highly reconmended by me.Pros- Recharge is magnetic on bottom so u can just hook it up while its still on your duty belt. Very Bright Long Lasting Battery Strobe, flash, SOS, Bright/Dim features. Adjustable beam from flood, to direct beam Small, and CompactCons- No Tail Stand Sometimes the beam adjuster head becomes moved causing different beam size.

I have been an ac mechanic for 30 years and owned a lot of flashlights in my time, but the led lenser m7r is by far the best flashlight i ever owned. The unit is a little pricy bu worth every penny, i will buy it again when mine failsangelo
