Gorgeous Looking Shoes

I order the Rachel Pump two weeks ago. They fit true to size and width. The only problem I found with these shoes is the strap. The buckle is a little tight around my foot. When I adjust the buckle the shoe fits loose. Overall, the quality is great, and very comfortable. It would be a perfect shoe for me if it wasn't for the tight strap. Amazon had the best price for these shoes and a speedy delivery!

Cute But Not a Good Fitter

I usually wear Dansko, so I know the shoes. This one is cute, but the fit is awkward. My feet slide to the toe box (probably because sole is smooth and sleek. The shoe squeaks (mine does), which anyone would hate. It's a nice fit at the ankle with the strap, but it feels too loose everywhere else. Like I said, my feet slide in it. I got the 38 which is my usual Dansko size. I've only worn it twice, long time in between each wear. Only reason I wore it a second time is because I forgot how awkward the fit is. I'm going to give them away. Too late to return.

Great shoe but runs a tad big

These shoes look great. The height is great and I can walk/stand in them all day without any pain at all. the fit runs big but to go a half size down would have definitely been too small. I put silicon gel pads on the ball and heel and now the fit is perfect. The shoes do make noise. The riveted snaps on the strap make jingle sounds with each step. I mitigated this with playdough on the inside of the buttons. The heels squeak on occasion too but is better on carpet. They are also extremely stable despite the height. These are my favorite heels. Despite all my tweaks this shoe is really cute and comfy so it gets 5 stars. I should have gotten a spare pair before they discontinued the style.Update: I've had these for about a year or more now and they are my go to work pump. They are super comfortable for walking in buildings all day. They do not feel like you are wearing heels. My feet are never sore at the end of the day and I love to wear these all the time. They do make a bit of noise but less so on carpet. Even with the noisy shoe these are so comfy and stylish that I would get another pair. Actually been looking for a back up pair but they are no longer available in my size. Great pump.
