InstaSPA Deluxe issues

So, the InstaSPA Deluxe came as it stated, in 3 boxes. Everything goes very well until you have to get to the outside wrap. It is about 3 inches too short, we had it in the house warming up, and pulling on it to stretch it out just the last 2 inches. The velcro that holds it on still doesn't fit. Maybe if the wrap instructions were to put InstaSPA Deluxeon prior to filling it with water, it may make a difference. On to the filter, seems to be okay, doesn't fill to the top with water. Followed all the instructions, with the reset switch on and to turn on the jets to get the air out, seems to work fine. We did fill it with warm water, thinking we could use it later. Set the temperature up to 103, and it just doesn't seem to have warm water coming out of the jets at all. We put warm water in to begin with, and thought it would heat up quickly. It certainly does not. When the unit is shut off, there is quite a bit of water that leaks out of the back heater. I am waiting to see if the heater is malfunctioning. Still going after a few hours, and colder now then when we started. The top cover requires some air. This also seems to be about 2-3 inches too short. Overall, seems sturdy, but requires more work than I wanted to put in. Customer service number switches you to another number, there is no way to know if you even called the correct number. Left a message, will see what happens. May be returning it. There was also a very tiny pinhole leak, just a drip of water, put on a patch, just in case. Was not from us, it is in a crease.Day 2 - the temperature finally reached it's point. when it shuts off, the water leaks out the heater, 1/2 of it was emptied by the time we got up this morning. There is no check valve to stop the leak. Still no call from the company.OK, the company sent us a new heater, maybe the other got dropped in shipping. We hooked up the new heater, and wow, what a difference! It turns on and shuts off and does not leak. So far the InstaSPA Deluxe is working out good. Doesn't seem to come on too much, It keeps the heat pretty good while you are in it, we have snow right now. Seems to be a nice sturdy product. Still, the cover and the outside wrap are just a bit too short, it would be easier to get on if it were just about 2-3 inches larger. Overall, I am glad I chose this one.
