Finally Adidas got it right for a World Cup!

As football fans we all know every World Cup there's an issue in regards to the quality of match balls, the most recent example of Adidas getting it wrong was the 'Jabulani' at South Africa 2010. However these new 'Speedcell' have been used from the Women's World Cup to the U-17's and U-20's without any complaints. Fifa even regards the 'Speedcell' as the highest rating ball in quality tests (although they always seem to say that) this time it may be true!I picked up this ball at a gold box discount for $79.99 the original selling price is $150 so when I saw the deal I pounced on it since then the price has fluctuated but never at the 'gold box price' as I am writing this review amazon's price dropped back to 79.99; at this price it's a steal for football fans.The ball looks like HDTV in your hands it's that cool, it comes inflated but not ready to play, (as noted in the product info) it also has a ball pump needle which I was not expecting. It feels well balanced and most importantly it's a pleasure to kick, I've not experienced any odd bounces but it really does move fast when kicked through the air as seen in some goals at the Women's World Cup. Additionally the ball does not have any stamps or logos from the 2011 Women's World Cup for those looking out for something like that but I think it's irrelevant because it's the same football used for both men and women.

This ball is amazing. Super light, great speed and rebound off kicks. Simply put the best I have experienced. It looks great and feels great with the new "profile" or grooves it has as a design. I would recommend to any soccer fan, that is why I bought another one just tso days ago because, I know how great of a ball it is.

I have had the training ball and decided to get the official ball. Cheaper pricing than at Adidas therefore I got it. It has a natural more true flight than any other ball.
