Excellent Base Layer

I love this piece! It is superbly constructed and provides a good bit of warmth for its weight. In cool weather I have used it predominantly for cycling and skiing. It easily fits under a cycling jersey, blocks a fair bit (but not all) of wind and does a nice job of wicking sweat away from the skin. I hate being hot and I find the Phase SV and jersey combination to be perfect in 35-45 degree weather. The Phase also excels in skiing applications. When its sunny and 25+ outside I find wearing just the Phase and my skiing shell to be perfect -- it allows me lots of freedom of motion, wicks moisture and keeps me warm enough on the lifts.
