ipod great app not so great

The ipod in and of itself is great. It works well and is easy to use. The program it works with needs a little help. I haven't had any problems with the refurbished iPod. It came fast and just as was stated with the essentials kit.I had a hard time trying to figure out how to get things to be located in the right areas. Also If you are downloading cd's that it dosen't recognize online then it will stick them all together in an unknown genre which is really annoying even if you label it as it is syncing the tunes. The program on the computer automatically rearanges things too....not keeping the cd all together. I was buying this to compile all my cd's into one place- hoping to be able to get rid of them. But because of how the program inputs the songs and scatters them I'll have to keep my cd's available. It also didn't recognize some short videos I tried to download. I can't find them. If you want to just sync and play it's great if you want order or rhyme and reason--figure something else out.
