It's ok

The base unit is nice because you can lift the screen for easier viewing. I like that you can get these accessory phones. For whatever reason, my elderly mother keeps dropping/destroying these phones, so this is a nice replacement - our second set. One complaint about the phone is you have to go through the menu to adjust the ringer volume, which is a pain. Most phones have adjustment more easily, like with a button on the phone itself. The screen with caller ID is easy to read.

Fine ... but refurbed?

The phones work fine, but two indicated that there were many pending messages coming right out of the box. Nevertheless, so far, so good.

Works perfectly

These phones are great. As we have two teenage boys that like to disappear to their rooms upstairs, we use the intercoms alot (I need to see you, supper is ready, etc). Each of us is assigned a phone, so it works well to "page"each other.
