Great Service

Not only was the item shipped fast, but their RMA service is awesome! Unfortunately, I received the LCD screen cracked when I received it - even though it was wrapped in a bunch of bubble wrap. I called the number provided with their business card in the shipment, and they requested some pictures and a small description of the problem in an e-mail (for proof). A couple days later I received a brand new screen! I was/am amazed by their RMA service (and service in general).
