First Lian Li experience

Pros: I have always heard good things about lian li, but my customers always want as cheap as possible so I never had the chance until now to experience one. Even though it's not a full feature case by any means, it has perfect craftsmanship, durable build quality, and rock solid stability; everything goes together perfectly.I heard a lot of complaints about the instructions, and yes, they are faded and impossible to make out what the picture is telling you to do, but use common sense people.. The screws are perfectly seperated and obvious, use the part list and count them to determine which is which if you can't tell visually.Once it's assembled, adding and removing parts is almost completely tooless.Cons: definitely NOT intended for older components.. Smaller and older power supplys Don't even close to reach the connectors, and forget about using PATA ribbon cables unless you have an exceedingly long one.Handle kind of gets in the way and the overall design is not the most eye appealing. (can be removed)Overall power supply mounting is not the most convenient location, should be closer, or lay vertically with better cable management to the mainboard.

I have a small business that does computer repair. With this wide open case it makes it easy to hook up parts for testing. It looks good, everything stays cool even without the extra fans that are optional. Was real happy with instructions that came with it. Better instructions would cut the building time down a lot I believe. But overall very happy with it.

Excellent build quality, perfect for testing hardware. Assembly is a bit difficult with the included instructions but I was able to download a high resolution PDF from their website and zoom in on the steps I was having trouble understanding. Many of the screws look nearly identical but once you figure out what screws go to what parts it starts to fly together.Does NOT include the USB & audio panel but you only need it if you intent to use this as your permanent chassis but I would highly recommend not using this as a permanent solution. Better cooling can be achieved with a gaming or premium enclosed chassis.
