Fits well, slide is great, and looks cool

I'm one of those new bowlers who averages about 130 per game. These shoes fit very well for me and I think I play better with them. The shoe size for this shoe is the same as your regular shoe size, so get the size that you would normally choose. The design is really good; I thought the shiny parts that you see on the preview were going to be cheap material, but I was wrong; the shoe really is built very well. The shoelaces are thick and durable. The only downside for some people may be that the shoe is kinda of narrow (width-wise), so it might seem a little tight if you have wide feet like me; but it's ok for bowling. The price is the same here on amazon as if you would buy the shoe in store (minus shipping&handling). The bottom of the shoe slides very well (not too smooth and not too rough). Compared to the shoes that you rent for bowling, the slide is not as slippery (which is a good thing for me because sometimes I fall in those *used* shoes that the bowling place has (I go to AMF bowling places by the way).When I say that the shoe looks cool, it's because I think they look like regular tennis shoes, so people don't think I'm a dork. I normally wear basketball shoes b/c I think they're cool, so that's why I got these shoes cuz I don't look like one of those bowling dorky people who bowl every week and seem to have no life. I'm glad that these shoes look like tennis shoes, b/c it looks very modern.

Used these shoes for the first time last evening and they are very comfortable. Other bowlers noticed the nice style. Very good for the price, but I did not bowl a "300" game.
