excellent for natural keyboard
By E.B.
It's amazing how difficult it is to find a keyboard tray that fits a natural keyboard. The pitch on trays isn't only convenience, but ergonomics, so why do so few fit ergonomic keyboards? Who knows. Anyway, this tray is excellent, but it would be five stars with two modifications: 1) tilt lower and away from the user, and 2) swivel even slightly left or right to allow more flexibility with positioning. I ended up drilling too many extra holes in the bottom of my desk trying to get the whole thing aligned. One more thing: The mounting template (i.e., the piece of paper that you tape to the underside of your desk to drill pilot holes) is designed by default for non-natural keyboards so Kelly can use the same template for all of their trays (I would assume). I discovered the hard way that you need to move it back a good 2.5 inches for it to accommodate the extra depth of the Natural Keyboard Tray. It says this in the fine print on the template, but I would guess that the majority of folks who installed this particular product made the same mistake that I did.
