Massage Chair

The chair works a bit too good as the pressure exerted on the ankles makes it almost painful. We can not use that feature as a result. The instructions are not very good and using the chair in the dark is not easy as the keyboard does not light up. The arm massagers are wonderful and the multiple massage features are great. Would be better if you could recall last settings, as you have to select everything everytime you use the chair which can be difficult. I would recommend searching for this chair and purchasing it elsewhere though. The seller's price is hundreds more than other sellers prices and other sellers offer free shipping where this seller charges several hundred dollars there as well. Good chair, not so good seller. As for warranty, have not needed to use that so that is up in the air.

Awesome Massage Chair

I ordered this chair for my parents for Christmas. I was planning on putting the chair in their gameroom but when we opened up the box they found it very attractive and decided to put it right in their living room. The functions take a little while to figure out but after a few tries its very simple. It has an unbelieveable amount of features that all work perfectly. The build is very solid, it is quiet and the material covering the chair is very soft and comfortable. I would highly recommend this chair to anything that is in the market for one. Several people who have stopped over have said they are going to purchase the same one.

BeautyHealth is a great company. When I called, I spoke with the owner, who then gave me the cell number of the salesperson. They were both very professional and were able to answer my questions about their chairs. They shipped my chair within a few hours of placing my order (they ship at 2:00 pm), which was on a Friday and I had the chair by Wednesday.I love this chair! For the price, this is a fantastic value. My mom recently purchased a massage chair for $9000 and it is only a little better than mine. Her chair is very quiet and has more options, of course, but for an $1800 chair, I am very impressed with the quality. My chair has heat in the feet, back, and a handheld device with jade lights. It comes with a set of headphones (not the highest quality, so I plugged in my better set) and an MP3 player, which will synchronize the vibrations with the high & low frequency of the music (so cool). The arm massagers can be easily installed or removed (I like them off so I can crochet or do other things while in the chair). It was easy to assemble, but the delivery company won't bring it inside unless you pay for the white glove service.Overall, I highly recommend BeautyHealth as a supplier and the Forever Rest Luxury Massage Chair.
