Excellent Product

We ordered this phone for a handicapped person who has limited skills with numbers and coordination (tends to double clutch on numerical keys, etc.) This phone was perfect -- easy to put in pictures, and very easy to use. She is very happy with it. I would highly recommend it. (Note, it appeared to me that this phone is offered by two Amazon vendors, one of which offered it at a lower price. That is the one I purchased and the service was fine.)

Big Help for Mother

I ordered the ClearSounds Amplified Phone for my mother who has advanced dementia and is hard of hearing. She had trouble dialing phone numbers and got confused with all the different buttons on her old phone. This phone works well for her since I programmed 8 of our phone numbers into the phone and put pictures of all her children, their spouses and her grandchildren on the speed dial buttons. She can hear the phone ringing when she's in the community area. Just wish that it had an answering machine and a cordless receiver. She gets confused when she can't get to the phone before the caller hangs up and then calls everyone on the speed dials to see if it was them who was calling. A cordless receiver would allow her to answer her phone when she is away from her room.

This phone is great for the price. Do not hesitate to purchase this phone. My Mom can finally have a phone conversation with someone. Since this phone is compatible for those who wear a hearing aid. Family members are no longer frustrated trying to talk to my Mother.The buttons are nice and large. The phone is easy for a senior to operate.The phone is sturdy and not a piece of "junk" as compared to other phones I have purchased in the past.I was surprised to see this at such a low price.
