Wow, upgraded! But the speakers need work.

I bought this for $404 and 3 days later it's $390 or so ... oh well .. COOL, the kit I got did not have a old obsolete 2700 that I was expecting but a Jensen 2212! Latest and greatest including iphone support (have to get an extra cable though). I have a Ranger Crew 500 EFI and the speakers do not fit well nor do the speaker wires reach from the top back roll bar. Ended up mounting it to the behind front seat roll bars, facing straight down on the driver and passenger, but with a 1/4 turn of the finger screws I can angle it straight ahead of the ranger. It came with a USB extension cable and I plugged a jump/usb drive into it loaded with songs. Loaded it all in seconds and started playing. Sounds amazing sitting over my head in the driver seat! Really really happy cause it came with a 2212 (Jenson's latest marine product). 2 speakers in enclosers would have been better for fit on the ranger crew (it has bars offset going up the middle) and longer speaker wire would help a lot. Had to strip the Koplin speaker wires while the Jenson amp wires where presoldered and stripped. Took 5 hours to install, but a lot of time lost soldering the speaker wires and drilling holes in the metal of the front trunk of the ranger for the amp. Over all as a kit for UTV's what mounts to a roll cage it gets 4 out of 5 stars, can't go wrong. Compare on the net for $650+ .. this is steal! Plan on buying a radio antenna as the fm tuner sucks without one.

Sweet Jesus! I just installed this on my Kawasaki Terx. Looks great and performs outstanding. I would suggest buying the Jensen Marine AN150SR AM/FM Amplified Antenna. ** The model shown and description are from the older Jensen 2750 model. You will receive the updated Jensen 2212 radio which has the Weather Band. The LCD display is back lit illuminated blue. This newer model does not have the 1gb of onboard memory but who cares you can plug your thumb drive into the USB connection. You can organize your thumb drive/ Memory stick and put your songs in folders for example country,rock,pop,jazz and be able to access them from your Jensen 2212 control panel. Make sure you buy some power wire as the power wires are short.

Easily hooked up on my Polaris 800XP. Speakers/amp and stereo all made for each other, not pieced together. Great clamp design on the speakers. Amp small enough to conceal under the hood behind the dash. I also mounted a powered antenna under the hood. I put the MP3/flash connector on the inside wall of the glove box.Could of completeed the installation in one evening, but I chose toconceal the accesories and it took 2 nights. Looks professional!Many compliments.
