Maybe all headset manufacturers are this accommodating, helpful, and such, but I don't really know.What I do know is one of these headsets was donated to our Civil Air Patrol squadron. Since it didn't work, I suppose the previous owner figured, "what the heck."Checked the web for the manufacturer. They had an 800 number...called it...someone answered on the second ring. We figured out which model I had, decided it was likely a bad cable, and now there's a new cable on its way to me, gratis. How to put it in was clearly and easily described too, by phone.That's good customer service. If I need to buy another headset, or if you're shopping for one, this is where I'd go.
