Not as comfortable as I hoped

When I first got these shoes I was so excited! I ordered them in the cherry color. They are beautiful. Sadly though, I am not as happy as I hoped I would be. I had read on another review some place that the sole lining tries to come up, this is true of my pair as well. I will have to get some glue to fix it. I wore these for the first time in a situation where I had to be standing for about 40 minutes twice but with at least a half hour break for sitting in between. By the time I was done that morning with much alternating of sitting and standing, I had a torn blister on one foot. By the time lunch time came around I could barely walk my feet hurt so much and was thrilled to take them off. I have the right size shoe but all I can determine is that these shoes are not meant for much long standing or walking around for ANY long period of time. I have regulated them to "date night" shoes when I know I wont be standing or walking too much. They were a great price and beautiful but that doesn't do me much good if I can't wear them very often.I own another pair of Poetic License shoes, they are awesome and I love them, so maybe this cut of shoe is just not best for my foot. They make a great product but this one sadly fell a little short for me.

Fun, fun, fun!

This bootie is exactly what I wanted it to be...a sassy and glamourous "pop" for evening and weekend looks. I am sure there are some people who could find a way to pull this off at more casual offices, but for me it's pretty hard to tone this shoe down. The glitter platform and heel are hard to miss and the scrumptious velvet upper is a stand-out. I bought the green and they are a fun way to jazz up an otherwise average outfit. Ooh..it bears mentioning that these are very easy to wear (for a heel). I go between a 6 and 6 1/2 in shoes. I bought the 6 and they fit like a glove. Truly no sliding, rubbing, etc.

These shoes are beautiful. I am a 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone that loves shoes!
