Gorgeous, but don't lose the backings

I have received these earrings twice. The first pair was as a result of seeing a fashion photo in Real Simple where the earrings were featured. I got them as a gift, and they were as light and beautiful as anticipated, and got lots of comments after I went with a pixie cut.Then it happened - I lost one of the earrings. Well, I lost it multiple times, but had usually retrieved it. The first pair came with no sort of backing. When I lost it for the final time, I was sad. Very sad. And since it was a gift from my in-laws, I would need to replace them myself before seeing them again.Luckily a previous customer's comment must have influenced the people at ByBoe, because my second pair came with silicone backings. Hooray! Gorgeous, and never again to be lost.
