100% effective

I have battled dry skin for years and been to dermatologists who prescribed me creams I could only get with prescriptions which did not overall help. Then I was using Vaselines moisturizer which was about 60% effective but would still leave white flakes at times. I used St. Ives oatmeal and it not only helped immediately but lasted much of the day. Within 24 hours I bought a bigger bottle of this stuff and will use it for eternity.
