not great, but not horrible either

The metal plates on the side of the boots came off in a matter of 2 weeks. they are only held on by tiny little screws and the leather around them stretches out and the plates come loose and eventually come off. It's not a HUGE deal though because frankly the boots still look great without them.Other than the metal plates on the side I love the boots and wear them almost daily. they're comfortable they keep your feet dry and cool, good ankle support. all around a nice boot for the money. would be 4 or 5 stars if it weren't for the plates falling off.

Great boots! They are extremely shiny at first, but are now all broke in and last even through the snow. Thanks an awesome deal. Definitely a calf hugger.
