Great product/Challenging packaging

This has been a great product while my p9 calf has been sick with scours. However, if it wasn't for my 20 year old, 240 lb., 6'5" son, I never would have been able to use it as the lid was impossible to remove from the pale. Everything else was fine. Shipping was on time but it would have been ideal to get it a bit faster. When animals are sick, this is an asap product. Thanks.
