the customer service from Wayfair is great

The first one delivered has some stain, by UPS. I sent an email to the seller and they immediately responded and send me a replacement. They are very attentive to my thoughts and used Fedex to deliver it this time. This is a heavy item. If you live in cold weather where it snows/rains a lot, be sure to wait at home when UPS deliver it, so that the staff would not drag it on the dirty ground. As for the quality, it is very comfortable and warm, much better than box-spring mattress, as I always believe.
