Torklift Front Forklift Tie-Downs are far superior to all tie down systems available. The Forklift system is unique in its design and is patented. Four independent tie down points (with no belly or crossbar) working much like your receiver type trailer hitch as the inserts are removable allowing the system to be virtually undetectable when not in use. Nice strong tie to Truck Frame.....this model for Front of 97 Ram 2500 Truck

...excellent quality unit to tie down even a heavy truck camper to your truck frame. This model D2100 works for the 97 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel...make sure to pick the correct one for your model truck. The Torklift site had the most complete application guide, I went there to make sure I had the right one.This has two heavy brackets, and you buy one kit for Front, another for Rear. In my case I already had a different brand for the rear that work fine, so I just got the Front Torklift kit & I'm good. The unit creates a strong tie point down low, not too low, but down just below the bed edge not quite to the 'cab / bed' gap all trucks have.Now the camper couldn't possibly come loose !Safe Travels, David
