Pretty

i ordered these sheets to help me sleep at night- I have a bad back, and toss and turn all nite. It sounds wierd, but, since they are somewhat slippery-It's easier for me to move around, and i don't wake up so much. They are a pretty mulberry color- purplish red, not a bright purple as shown in the picture. Definately worth the price.

Overall, I like these sheets. As the other reviewer said, these aren't as shiny as the picture suggests (but the color is noticeably vibrant) and they are somewhat slippery. They're extremely comfortable and I can certain see why people pay so much for them.The only real problem I have is how hard it is to clean them. Any amount of heat will just ruin silk.
