Good Little Engine, That Just Can't Quite...

I just started with model railroading after too many years of waiting. I bought this little DCC switcher thinking it would be great for the mountain industrial part of my layout. Unfortunately, I was wrong! There is really nothing wrong with this little guy except it's SO little. On a flat area it will pull 7-8 cars with a little effort. Pretty good for a switcher!! Except, if you have any hills this engine will struggle, or even stop, (wheels spinning,) trying to pull two cars, uphill, at the same time. I'm going to add a little weight to it, which will slow it down, but it's a switcher and not meant to go fast. The weight MAY give it a little more grip. It will work GREAT in my railyard, once I've constructed it, but keep it out of the mountains!
