Undercover review

Product is exactly what I expected. In the few short weeks I have had it I have been very please. It has been off and back on several times and it is easily done by my wife and me. I would recommend this product. The shipper is another matter. The shipment was lost and each terminal blamed the other. After I placed a claim with Amazon and they placed another order and shipped it, the shipper found my first shipment and delivered it. I then had to contact Amazon and cancel the second order. Shipment was about a week later than the outside expected date. Shipper was CEVA. I would prefer not to use them again if I had the option. They were courteous but not all that helpful.

I bought the Undercover UC1010 tonneau and installed it myself today. It took about twenty minutes and only requred a 1/2 " wrench or socket. Very simple. I lifted it and put it on myself, but would not recommend a solo act because of the bulk. My truck has aluminum bed rails and they did not have to be removed. The cover would fit only slightly lower and snugger if they had been removed. I plan to remove them someday and have Line-x spray the rails to match my bedliner, but it really isn't necessary. I am thinking if you have diamond plate bedrails, you would want to remove them as they would not allow the tonneau to seal tightly, or maybe not even be covered by the tonneau correctly. This is a good solid cover and would recommend it.
