Blackrifle ATV carrier

This item appears to be excellent. It accepts my AR-15 that has all the bells and whistles, mounts to my ATV with the attending hardware and a large cable tie. It has ridden over some rough terrain without failure, The 'hatchback' design closure is desirable to prevent missplacing or loss of cover especially un-noticed loss in wild country.I also purchased from Amazon the Kolpin Gun Boot that performs as well for scoped rifle on my ATV.

This is a great case for weapons that are short enough to fit. I purchased two and there's plenty of room for large tactical scopes etc. I have two bolt guns with S&B 4x16 scopes with ard's and barrels 21 1/4" or shorter and they both fit with no problems. It's hard to find a case that the scopes will fit in. Because of the compact size of the cases they will strap onto the racks on atv's without extending beyond the sides. The cases do a great job of protecting the contents even when strapped to an atv. Also as a side note I had a zipper break the first day on one of the inner cases and emailed kolpin about it on Tuesday, Friday morning ups delivered a new inner case. Excellent customer service. I think the problem with the zipper was a fluke and not a design problem. The zippers are heavy duty and I don't anticipate any issues. I would recommend these cases to anyone that has a weapon that will fit in them.

I found this a good product for safely transporting my deer rifle both from home and while traveling by ATV in the field. Using the three eyelets on the boot, I was able to mount the Gun Boot to the screen behind the drivers seat on a Kawasaki Mule. And after an all day rain where everything that I owned was soaked, I was able to place the gun inside the dry case, and to later remove the internal soft case (with rifle) to a dry location overnight.
