Great looking stand for the money

I saw this same stand being sold for $399 and up. I got a great price on Amazon and you can't tell that this stand only costs a couple hundred bucks. In person it is actually really good looking. I have a 46" TV which fits nicely on it but I think that the 55" I'm going to get will fit better because it is a fairly wide stand. The grain of the wood brings out a more greyish color than I was expecting, but overall the material is a nice black finish. I like the glass top layover too. That adds a nice touch to the finish and wasn't expecting it because it wasn't listed in the description. Only problem I had is that the middle drawer came broken with a crack down the middle. I'm not sure if this happened in transit from the factory to the seller or on the way to me. I lucked out because it is the middle drawer so it still looks symmetrical without it. I'm hoping to get a replacement strictly off of principle, but if it's not possible I can live without it. I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase and I'm glad that I didn't pay the 400 or more that some stores were asking for this same stand. Although this TV Stand would be worth close to 400 if it were to come in perfect condition and someone put it together for you. It really is beautiful and just what I was looking for. Good purchase in my book.
