This is the second knife i have purchased from Yoshihiro. they have delivered both the knives earlier than stated. They are exceptional balanced and light weight. I use them both in my restaurant and they are extremely sharp. Yoshihiro have become my new Knife of choice for there quality and value. A must Purchase for serious Knife seekers.
