Will do the job if you can get to the wood

The product works best on new lumber, as once termites have done their job, the wood may have lost its structural integrity and will need to be replaced, especially beams/joists/registers, Etc.It is very expensive and you should shop around for the best price, as you can expect about a 10% discount on four or more gallons.When you mix it, use hot water in a 1:1 to 2:1 ratio for best results for existing infected wood, and somewhere between 3:1 to 5:1 for new wood. I would use 5:1 as a preventative measure on new wood as it is so expensive.I use an empty BoraCare Gallon container to mix a new batch as this way I can make sure the thick liquid is diluted properly with hot water.I would recommend using a small sprayer and if you need to see where you spray, throw in a little dye.Be very careful about over spray, as this stuff gets nasty when it hits something you don't want it to hit andin a lower dilution will leave a sticky mess that you will have to clean up with a mop or whatever, so try not to apply on something like concrete.Once you are done with the sprayer, clean it out with water a couple of times as the BoraCare mixwill dry and crystallize in your sprayer, and on whatever surface is adjacent to the treated wood.
