I purchased this item a few months ago and i was not seeing the result I expected (I might be one of the few percent that does not respond to laser treatment). I contaced Avance Beauty. These folks are THE BEST. We worked out an agreement to return my machine the SDL90 for an IPL series. WIll have to let folks know about that system later. The point i wish to express is the folks at Avance Beauty are the best if your going to get a home hair removal system do not be afraid to purchase from this company they will take care of you with FIRST CLASS customer service. Kudos to Cindy if she sees this review.
