My son went skiing in Tahoe last week (February) in this jack and it was perfect! I like that it was warm but not to bulky for skiing; he could move in it. He is turning 5 this next week, average/tall for his age and about 48 lbs. It fit him perfect, but might not fit next season....depending on how fast he grows this year. I love that the inside has an elastic attached part that snaps to keep the snow out and warm in. Love the jacket and would buy it again next year!
