able to lower my cholesterol by 24 points in less than six months

Last year I was told I had borderline hypertension and if I didn't get it under control I would have to go on meds. Well, after hearing that I convinced myself that I was going to lower my blood pressure and take better care of my health in general. I was able to lower my cholesterol by 24 points in less than six months by watching my diet and going outside and walking for at least 20 minutes every night after dinner.My sister-in-law who used to have very high blood pressure took and still does take this brand of Coq10 w/ Bioperine along with TUDCA powder, FREE Milk Thistle Powder 25 Grams + TUDCA Powder (Tauroursodeoxycholic) 5 Grams. Tudca is a very rare but effective supplement taken for healthy liver function and cholesterol levels. I believe the Coq10, tudca powder, and the change in my life-style were all contributing factors in lowering my cholesterol and improving my health.The thing I like best about the Doctor's Best brand is the gel caps are very easy to swallow.
