good size and good features for big bag but key travel component is bad

Overall the product is good but I bought this for traveling and the attachment for the suitcase arm is horrible.It has two zippers you open up on the back of the case to slide the luggage arm thru. Problem is that it is very loose and the case can flip around etc. Bottomline it is sloppy and they must not have ever tested it to se how effective it would be w a little weight in it
